Things barely fit in the bag for me, which makes it awkward. However it is nicely made and looks great. Not sure what I will do with it. I have a MacBook Pro and I carry with me all of the things you need to use with technology. It is just not big enough.

First, the shipping were fast.. it toke 3 days for me to received it and I live in Montréal, Canada. when I open the box, you can tell this tote is very well made and every detail is well though. this tote will last for a long time.
I wish the two handles were a little bit wider, but beside that the bag is beautiful.

Overall this bag is great. It fits everything I need to carry including my lunch box. It feels sturdy and well made but isn’t heavy. The front pocket is really handy and easy to grab things out of while wearing the bag. I love that if I get caught in the weather I don’t have to worry about my tech.
However, the magnet that keeps the laptop compartment closed is not very strong. When I have my 14in MacBook Pro in the compartment it doesn’t stay closed and there’s no chance of it staying closed if I put my iPad in there as well. Also, the placement of the magnetic key leash doesn’t make much sense. When wearing the bag normally (front pocket to the outside, luggage sleeve towards the body) the key leash is at the back of the bag making it hard to grab with one hand (like you would when entering a building).
These are small gripes and overall the bag is highly functional.
I also want to shoutout the customer service. I recently moved, and accidentally auto-populated the wrong address. Sympl customer service made it right and sent a replacement bag to me with expedited shipping.
Very happy with my purchase and would recommend this brand to someone looking for functional and stylish bags.

I love the design and utility of this bag! I’m taking it on a trip to Italy instead of a backpack. I am looking forward to the cross body strap when it’s made.

Expensive price, but cheap Chinese quality - it even looks cheap and is embarrasing to “wear”.
