"We poured our hearts and souls into every detail, and used your feedback to make V2 even better. Thank you for helping us create the best bag ever made."
OK… I officially get the hype now.
Absolutely loving the Sympl Commuter Pack. This thing is just dialed. Clean, modern, compact — exactly the aesthetic I’ve been chasing lately. Doesn’t feel overbuilt or tactical for no reason. Just smart, refined, intentional design.
The organization is honestly fire. The admin pocket rocks. The side essentials pocket is perfect for all the grab-and-go stuff. Magnetic key ring = genius. Sternum strap feels super premium. Two water bottle pockets (thank you). Everything has a purpose and nothing feels excessive.
Big thing for me is this bag disappears while using it. No fighting the bag. No weird layout decisions. It just works.
Only note: I do wish the top pocket had a soft fleece liner for sunglasses. That would take it completely over the top.
Had a Boundary bag before and genuinely loved it… but yeah… I think I found my new love.
The hard back panel foam is the only negative with this bag - it is very, very firm and surprisingly uncknfortable, and was a deal breaker for keeping the bag even despite the comfortable and well padded shoulder straps. Every other feature was exactly what I needed but without comfort when it’s loaded up, even the best features aren’t worth it
Couple nitpicky things that would put it over the edge -
Quick access pocket that is top access -- why oh why is it only one zipper on the quick access pocket - would be so much better if I could actually access from top by having two zippers on that pocket, like the main pocket.
When using in briefcase style - shoulder straps are really annoying - I realize tucking them away adds bulk - but how about some kind of magnet or other system to keep them tucked in and not flopping everywhere when not in use.
Other than that - its really a fantastic bag.
This is for me the best travel bag for is quality, organisation et size.
The Sympl Commuter V 2.2 (24L) has honestly become one of my favorite bags for both travel and everyday use. It hits that rare balance between clean, professional style and real-world functionality—whether I’m heading to meetings, catching a flight, or just running around town.
What really stands out is the organization. I carry a lot of tech gear—laptop, tablet, chargers, cables, battery packs, accessories—and everything has a dedicated, thoughtfully designed place. No more digging around or tangled cords. The layout just makes sense, and once you get used to it, it’s hard to go back to anything else.
The build quality is excellent too. It feels durable and premium without being bulky, and it keeps its shape nicely. The 24L size is a sweet spot—it’s roomy enough for travel essentials and tech, but still compact and comfortable for daily carry.
Comfort-wise, it’s easy to wear all day. Whether I’m moving through an airport or walking around the city, it never feels like a burden.
Overall, this is a go-to backpack for anyone who needs to stay organized on the move—especially if you carry a lot of tech. It’s functional, sleek, and clearly designed with intention.
Highly recommend.
