Very well made backpack with quality materials. Padding in just the right areas make it very comfortable to wear for any extended period of time. The Commuter backpack has just enough space to pack for a weekend trip.

Been looking for the perfect backpack for quite a while, discarding previous purchases for this pre order. It didn’t disappoint. The tech caddy is a game changer. Plenty of interior and exterior pockets and still plenty of room for packing cubes and other items. The internal water bottle chamber and the secret locking zip for your laptop/ipad compartment is awesome. The material and zippers are all top notch.
I can fit everything bar the kitchen sink and it doesn’t appear to bulk out.

The only disappointment is that after the pre order period, and receiving my pack Sympl released a Pedal Mafia version that contains extra features (a helmet holder, extra support straps, a slightly different internal orientation and a weather cover) it would have been nice to know there was another option coming before purchase. I feel I would have been able to have made a more informed choice.
The service from Sympl is excellent and the industrial design of the bag is superb.

Been eyeing a backpack that could replace my AER X-PackTravel Pack 3 Small for a while.

I saw this bag on Nomads Nation YT channel and fell into love with it instantly. The tech compartment on the front is a game changer, having all my mostly used items in an easy to reach compartment is nice and for a 20L bag, it fits everything I need (tablet, laptop, PD packable tote, A4 sized book, small tool pouch, Sympl Tech Kit, Anker 27,000 battery bank, rain jacket, and when I'm out with my 4 month old baby, I can even get a light baby day bag (with a few diapers, wipes, spare clothes, couple of bottles, etc) along side all my other stuff for him in it if I need as well.

The quick access front panel is great. It makes for being a dad and needing to get babybwipes or something child related easy to do without having to reduce interaction with my child. For work, travel, it makes getting to headphones, passport or other important items very easy to access as I'm walking without the need to park myself.

The build quality is fantastic. Not even an inch of this bag has been forgotten about. From the extreme weather resistance materials to the soft, silky inside pockets and beautiful feeling inside liner. This bag oozes with quality for such a great price point.

Overall, I'm incredibly happy with this bag. From commuting to work or just having a day out with my baby, this bag does everything (and more) that I ask of it!

Although I love my much larger backpack (which I've had for several years) from another company for some of my longer travels where I need to take a lot more, I'm absolutely in love with my Commuter Backpack 20L! I love the quality of the bag, as well as the innovative storage pockets. When I need a smaller/lighter backpack to carry my computer, iPad and some other tech items, this is the perfect backpack for it! This was my second Sympl item, and definitely won't be my last, the build quality is amazing. I'm already considering another two Sympl items for some upcoming travels.
