How long will it take to deliver after being shipped ?
Depending on the state you live in the goods usually take between 3-5 business days. *The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us immediatley after your order has been placed and we will try our best accommodate your request. If the item has already been shipped then you will need to process a return. (see returns page)

Can I change remove/add/change items in an existing order ?
If your order has not been shipped and you would like to add an additional item please contact us right away and we will do our best to help accommodate your request.

Can I track my order ?
You can track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

Do I need to sign for my order ?
The courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. If your parcel is lost or misplaced, we will happily replace the order pending an investigation. If your parcel is stolen, we cannot be held accountable. Please use our contact form if your order has not has not been received within the recommended timeframe. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe, we recommend shipping your order to an alternate address, such as your work place.

How do I return an items ?
We offer an exchange or refund with a receipt, within 30 days of receiving the item, using the original form of payment. All items must be returned in the original selling condition with original packaging and tags. If item is returned without hangtags there is a $10 hangtag replacement fee.
When we receive a return, we will determine in our sole discretion if the products are in acceptable condition. If returned products are determined by us to not be in an acceptable condition, we may in our sole discretion refuse the return or charge you an additional fees to accept the return. Please note that all return shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the return/exchange of any ‘sympl’ product. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments if you use your own return shipping method and not the label that is provided by sympl.

- Refund must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must NOT be WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED or WASHED.
- Items must have all tags attached. (If hangtags are removed there will be $10 restocking fee)
If the above conditions are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return your order within 30 days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund or exchange. (Minus the cost of return shipping which can vary between $10-$25 on Domestic Orders and $25+ on international orders)
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
