How do I return my order?

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Sympl. Unused products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.

We offer complimentary exchanges and streamlined returns. Approved returns will be issued to the original form of payment, less applicable return shipping costs and 2% restocking fee.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges, as well as any duties or taxes incurred on international orders, are non-refundable.

• All returned items must be unused, in brand-new condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

• Items should be packaged securely to ensure they arrive back to us in resalable condition.

Purchases made through authorized retail partners—including FRWD, RushFaster, Bag & Wallet, The Bag Creature, or other third-party retailers—are subject to the individual retailer’s return policies. Please contact the retailer directly with your original receipt for assistance.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be received in their original condition, including all hangtags, protective materials, and packaging components. Products returned without these elements, or showing signs of wear, use, or handling beyond standard inspection, may be subject to adjustments or deemed ineligible for return.

In cases where items are returned incomplete or not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to apply reasonable processing adjustments or return the item to the sender at their expense.

A modest processing adjustment may apply to returned items to account for inspection, handling, and repackaging. This adjustment is waived for exchanges.
